Open Position: Lead Salesforce Consultant

The focus of your role 

We are looking to recruit a Lead Salesforce Consultant for our Salesforce practice based in Vilvoorde. This is a permanent, full time position and this represents a unique opportunity for someone to enhance their Salesforce Consulting career.

Your responsibilities

• Defining Salesforce technology strategy, roadmaps and solutions including fully scoping proposals.
• Presenting and demonstrating technology capabilities and solution architecture, where necessary building or leading teams to build proof of concepts.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations.
• Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end states.
• Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
• Collaborate with other internal developers and consultants to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and define technical architectures and solution designs from business and/or technical requirements.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the designed systems and guide consumers on best practices and guidelines on systems integration and use.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to gain the required knowledge to perform these tasks.
• Maintain a current understanding and knowledge of Salesforce products.
• Act as an entrepreneur and contribute in your own way to the growth of our business.
• Developing our Salesforce practice, hiring & skill development of new consultants.
  • Become our Salesforce Practice Lead.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Have at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce Consultancy.
• A talented, hardworking individual with great energy & leadership.
• Manage trade-offs and priorities for customer experience
• Experience in developing and managing the relationship with the client and stakeholders.
• Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service and Community Cloud.
• Person should demonstrate their knowledge, skills, and capabilities to assessing customer architecture; designing secure, high-performance technical solutions with the Salesforce platform; communicating technical solutions and design trade-offs effectively to business stakeholders; and providing a delivery framework that ensures quality and success.
• Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)
• Can ensure that Salesforce solutions are architecturally sound, well designed, a good technical fit and of the required quality
• Strong communication skills, team player, outstanding analytical skills, intellectually curious.
• Strong Dutch, French and/or English language skills, both written and oral are key.
• Bachelor degree (or higher) in Information Management & IT.
